How to use it?

    • The table condiment: The flake format lets every person control their own heat level at the table. Put the bag out and let guests finish their own plate.
    • Pizza, pasta and eggs: A pinch over aglio e olio, a fried egg or a margherita transforms the dish instantly. The original use in Southern Italian cooking, and still one of the best.
