These are 100% whole, sun-dried coriander seeds (Coriandrum sativum), carefully selected for quality, hygienically packed in Italy to EU food safety standards. Nothing else in the bag. Nothing removed, nothing added.

How to use it?

    • Tempering: Drop a teaspoon into hot oil at the very start of cooking. They will pop and sizzle, releasing a warm citrus fragrance that layers through the entire dish before a single other ingredient goes in.
    • Toast and grind fresh: Sixty seconds in a dry pan, then crush or grind to order. The difference over ready-ground powder is immediate, dramatic and worth every second.
    • Pickling and marinades: Add whole seeds to pickling brines and wet marinades for a slow, deep flavour infusion that you simply cannot achieve with powder.
    • Homemade Garam Masala: An indispensable component of any hand-blended spice mix. No authentic masala is complete without it.

    PRO TIP  Dry-roast the seeds for 60 seconds in a dry pan just before you need them. The heat wakes up the volatile oils and doubles the aroma. Skip this step only if you have to.
